How do I stop my business calls from being labeled as spam?

Legitimate business numbers can occasionally be flagged by mobile carriers or call-labeling services. This guide shows you where to report the error and what information to include.

Find your carrier

What to do

Four steps to request a correction

01

Confirm the affected number and label

Ask several recipients which mobile carrier they use, exactly what warning appears, and when the call occurred. A screenshot is helpful.

02

Identify the responsible carrier

Use the recipient information to choose the matching correction channel. If several carriers show the label, submit to each one.

03

Submit the number as a legitimate caller

Provide your business name, affected number, website, contact details, and a short explanation of normal calling activity.

04

Monitor and follow up

Save the case number and ask recipients to test again after the carrier completes its review. Each provider controls its own timeline.
