Eddie DeMers

President & Solutions Engineer

  • Eddie’s career began in telecommunications at 19 years old. He was working for Teldata in San Diego, CA. and was assigned to install a phone system on a submarine: USS Helena Submarine.

    Eddie oversees our Central US clients. He has led complex implementations across multi-site organizations, including government, education, and healthcare.

    His expertise includes unified communications architecture, number porting strategy, and scalable system design. Eddie is focused on delivering reliable, high-performance communication solutions that align with each client’s operational goals.

Michael Solly

Vice President & Business Development

  • Michael oversees our East Coast clients has extensive experience in telecommunications sales, infrastructure deployment, and client strategy. He works closely with organizations to identify opportunities for cost savings, performance improvements, and system modernization.

    His focus is on delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency while enhancing the overall client experience.

Marty Reid

VP Operations & Client Success

  • Marty oversees our West Coast and leads client onboarding, training, and ongoing support initiatives. With a background in education and communication, he ensures clients fully understand and utilize their systems to maximize value.

    He is dedicated to delivering a seamless experience from implementation through long-term support.
