How do I stop my business calls from being labeled as spam?

Sometimes a customer may see “Spam” or “Spam Risk” when your business calls. Follow the steps below to ask their mobile phone company to correct the warning.

What to do

Four simple steps to fix the warning

01

Ask who saw the Spam warning

Ask one person who received your call which mobile phone company they use, such as AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile. If possible, ask for a screenshot.

02

Choose their mobile phone company below

Use that person's answer to find the correct form. If people using more than one mobile company see the warning, send a request to each company.

03

Ask the mobile company to correct the warning

Provide your business name, business phone number, website, contact information, and a short explanation of why your business calls customers.

04

Wait, then test your number again

Save the case number. After the mobile company reviews your request, ask someone using that network to check your calls again.
